Returns Policy

We’re pleased to offer a returns and refund service to all customers within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact; damage from normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault.

All returns are carefully evaluated under our Returns Policy before any refund or exchange is processed, and we reserve the right to decline a return—even if the basic conditions are met.

Exchanges:
You can select a different item if you like and top up the difference if the item is of higher value.  

How to Return:
Email askme@amoriofficial.com with your order number and product details to start the process.

Wrong or Defective Items:
If you received the incorrect product or a faulty item, please contact Customer Service at askme@amoriofficial.com and include:

  • Proof of purchase or order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photos

Our quality‑control team will inspect returned items to distinguish defects from normal wear and tear. While we may attempt repairs, we cannot guarantee them. For confirmed design or manufacturing defects, we will replace the item—subject to availability—and guide you on next steps.

We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt (allow up to seven days during peak sale periods). Management retains final discretion to approve or reject any return.

    Shipping

    1. Order Processing
      • All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia)
      • Orders placed after 3.00 PM MYT will be processed on the next working day. 
    2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
      • Courier partners: Pos Laju, Ninja Van, J&T, Gdex, etc.
      • Delivery timeframe:
        • West Malaysia: 2 - 5 business days
        • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3 - 7 business days
      • Rate:
        • Standard: flat RM10 per order
        • Express (1 - 2 business days): RM15 per order
        • Free standard shipping for order over RM200
    3. Order Tracking
      • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
      • You can also track your shipment anytime via "My Account" -> "Order History"
    4. Delivery Exceptions & Delay
      • Weather events, high-volume sales periods, and carrier disruptions may cause unexpected delays.
      • We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but our Customer Care team will help monitor and assist.
    5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
      • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date:

      • To change your delivery address, please contact us before your order ships. Once in transit, we cannot redirect parcels.
