Returns Policy
We’re pleased to offer a returns and refund service to all customers within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact; damage from normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault.
Shipping
- Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia)
- Orders placed after 3.00 PM MYT will be processed on the next working day.
- Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Courier partners: Pos Laju, Ninja Van, J&T, Gdex, etc.
- Delivery timeframe:
- West Malaysia: 2 - 5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3 - 7 business days
- Rate:
- Standard: flat RM10 per order
- Express (1 - 2 business days): RM15 per order
- Free standard shipping for order over RM200
- Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
- You can also track your shipment anytime via "My Account" -> "Order History"
- Delivery Exceptions & Delay
- Weather events, high-volume sales periods, and carrier disruptions may cause unexpected delays.
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but our Customer Care team will help monitor and assist.
