Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels. Normal wear and tear not accepted.

  • Process: Email askme@amoriofficial.com with order number & product details.

  • Exchanges: Allowed; top-up required if new item costs more.

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Contact us with proof of purchase, description, and photos. If confirmed, we’ll replace (subject to stock). Repairs may be attempted but not guaranteed.

  • Timeline: Returns processed in 5 business days (up to 7 during peak).

  • Note: All returns reviewed under our policy; approval is at management’s discretion.

    Shipping

    1. Processing: 1–2 business days (orders after 3 PM MYT ship next day).

    2. Domestic: West MY: 1–3 business days, East MY: 2–5 business days, International: 3-7 business days.

    3. Pre-order items: 30-45 days after purchase.
    4. Rates: Calculated at checkout.

    5. Delays: Possible due to weather, peak sales, courier issues or customs.

    6. Lost/Damaged: Report within 7 days → askme@amoriofficial.com 

    7. Address Change: Only before shipping; no redirects once in transit.
