Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels. Normal wear and tear not accepted.

Process: Email askme@amoriofficial.com with order number & product details.

Exchanges: Allowed; top-up required if new item costs more.

Defective/Wrong Item: Contact us with proof of purchase, description, and photos. If confirmed, we’ll replace (subject to stock). Repairs may be attempted but not guaranteed.

Timeline: Returns processed in 5 business days (up to 7 during peak).

Note: All returns reviewed under our policy; approval is at management’s discretion.
Shipping

Processing: 1–2 business days (orders after 3 PM MYT ship next day).

Domestic: West MY: 1–3 business days, East MY: 2–5 business days, International: 3-7 business days.
- Pre-order items: 30-45 days after purchase.

Rates: Calculated at checkout.

Delays: Possible due to weather, peak sales, courier issues or customs.
